Create one or more Working Hours shifts (e.g. Shift A: 8:30am–5:30pm, Shift B: 9:00am–6:00pm) then assign each employee to the shift that applies to them in the Profile Management form below. Employees with no shift assigned will follow the Default shift. Employees who Clock In after the grace period will be marked LATE, and Clock Out is not allowed before the shift's Clock Out time.

Email will be sent automatically to the Manager & HR when an employee applies for leave, and to the employee when the application is approved/rejected. Just fill in the email below — EmailJS credentials are managed centrally by the system.

Fill in employee salary information for a specific month. Salary can vary each month.

Set this ONCE ONLY here. All companies will share the same EmailJS credentials — Company Admins only need to fill in their Manager Email & HR Email (in their own Profile tab), without needing to manage separate EmailJS accounts.

This holiday list is global and shared by all companies. On a Public Holiday, employees are not required to Clock In (they will not be marked Late/Absent), except for Emergency work.
